Objective

Paragon partnered with a small concert sales business in Philadelphia with the primary objective of selling out concerts for major artists like Lil Uzi. The client aimed to fill venues with up to 10,000 people, but faced significant challenges in generating sufficient ticket sales for such large events in the competitive music industry.

The client's business, while successful on a smaller scale, needed a robust strategy to scale up and achieve higher performance levels. They required an approach that would not only increase ticket sales volume but also ensure the quality of leads and conversions. Existing methods were not delivering the desired outcomes, prompting the client to seek Paragon's expertise for innovative solutions.

What We Did
